ABOUT ·  BOUCHER & JONES FUELS

A southwestern Ontario fuel distributor running standing routes from Lake Huron to Lake Erie.

Diesel, propane, lubricants, and DEF for farms, homes, fleets, and job sites — by named rep, on one invoice. Operating from the Waterloo head office and depots in London and St. Thomas, with cardlocks in Waterloo, Stratford, Guelph, London, and St. Thomas.

01 / WHAT WE DO

Four verticals, one route across southwestern Ontario.

The same standing route serves every audience. The fuel for the field, the heat for the house, the cardlock for the truck, the cube for the site — same supplier, same office, same rep on the call.

  • Agriculture

Coloured diesel for the field, propane for the dryer and the barn, Petro-Canada lubricants and DEF on the same drop.
  • Home heating

Furnace oil and propane for rural and small-town homes outside the natural-gas grid, on auto-fill keep-full delivery.
  • Fleet & commercial

On-site refuelling for the yard, cardlock for the road, lubricants and DEF on the same standing route.
  • Construction

ULC-listed fuel cubes on the pad, on-site refuelling for the bigger work, propane from the cylinder to the bulk tank for cure heat.
02 / HOW WE OPERATE

Standing route, named rep, one invoice.

The shape of the supplier relationship is the same across every account: a named person on the file, a standing route the truck rides through the week, an after-hours line that answers, and a monthly statement that ties the work together.

  • A named rep on the account

The rep that takes the new-account call is the rep on the account from then on — the same person across the technician work, the schedule changes, and the after-hours conversation when the weather lands. The relationship is the asset.
  • A standing route, not a quote-by-quote run

Deliveries ride a standing route across the nine-county footprint. New accounts land on an existing run. The cadence is built around the home or operation’s actual draw — not around a per-litre price set the morning of the load.
  • An after-hours line that answers

The after-hours line routes through an answering service that triages calls and escalates a genuine emergency to the operations manager or the on-call driver. The path from "tank empty" or "burner down" back to "service restored" is short by design.
  • One invoice across products

Diesel, propane, lubricants, DEF, tank-side equipment, and TSSA-certified technician work all land on the same monthly statement when the account is set up that way. The controller sees one supplier; the rep does the consolidation on this side of the gate.
03 / WHERE WE OPERATE

The operating footprint.

A Waterloo head office, depots in London and St. Thomas, and cardlocks across five southwestern Ontario sites. Standing routes across nine counties from Lake Huron to Lake Erie.

  • Head office · Waterloo

155 Roger Street, Waterloo — the head office and the founding depot, with a Petro-Pass cardlock on the same site.
  • London depot · 660 Clarke Road

The London depot anchors the city and the wider catchment, with a Petro-Pass cardlock on the same address. The 660 Clarke depot and the London catchment came across through the Davis & McCauley transition in 2025.
  • St. Thomas depot · 111 Harper Road

The St. Thomas depot serves Elgin County, the corridor south of London, and the construction work around the PowerCo gigafactory site. Operational base for the southern leg of the route.
  • Cardlocks · five owned sites

Owned Petro-Pass cardlocks in Waterloo, Stratford, Guelph, London, and St. Thomas, on the SuperPass card alongside 300+ more sites across Canada and 270+ US truck stops.

04 / THE TECHNICIAN TEAM

TSSA-certified across three Ontario fuel-industry regulations.

The combined post-acquisition technician team holds the certificates the Ontario regulations require for fuel-side install, inspection, and service work — across oil, propane, and yard-tank diesel.

  • Oil Burner Technicians

OBT-1, OBT-2, and OBT-3 certificates under O. Reg. 215/01 — the certificate stack the Ontario fuel-oil rules require for installation and service work on oil-fired equipment.
  • Petroleum Equipment Mechanics

PM-1, PM-2, and PM-3 certificates under O. Reg. 216/01 — required for aboveground and underground storage tank work under the Liquid Fuels Handling Code.
  • Gas Technicians

G.1, G.2, and G.3 certificates under O. Reg. 215/01 — required for propane and natural-gas installation and service work under CSA B149.1 and CSA B149.2.
  • Continuity through 2025

Davis & McCauley’s TSSA-certified team transferred to Boucher & Jones intact through the 2025 acquisition. The London-area technician work continues under the same trucks, the same phone numbers, and the same certified personnel.
