A southwestern Ontario fuel distributor delivering across Waterloo Region, Wellington, Perth and Oxford, and in London and St. Thomas.

Diesel, gasoline, heating oil, propane, lubricants and DEF for farms, homes, fleets, businesses, institutions and job sites. Operating from the Waterloo head office, the London office and the St. Thomas depot, with Petro-Pass cardlocks of our own in Waterloo, Guelph and Stratford.

01 / WHAT WE DO

Four verticals, one supplier.

The fuel for the field, the heat for the house, the cardlock for the truck, the diesel for the site — same supplier, same office, same rep on the call.

  • Agriculture

    Coloured diesel for the field, propane for the dryer and the barn, Petro-Canada lubricants and DEF on the same drop.

  • Home heating

    Furnace oil and propane for rural and small-town homes outside the natural-gas grid, on auto-fill keep-full delivery.

  • Fleet & commercial

    On-site refuelling for the yard, cardlock for the road, lubricants and DEF — for fleets, businesses, and institutions such as schools, hospitals, long-term care homes and government buildings.

  • Construction

    Dyed diesel delivered to the site, and on-site refuelling for the equipment.
02 / HOW WE OPERATE

Standing route, named rep, one invoice.

The shape of the supplier relationship is the same across every account: a named person on the file, a standing route the truck rides through the week, an after-hours line that answers, and a monthly statement that ties the work together.

  • A named rep on the account

    The rep that takes the new-account call is the rep on the account from then on — the same person across the schedule changes and the billing questions.

  • A standing route, not a quote-by-quote run

    Deliveries ride a standing route across Waterloo Region, Wellington, Perth and Oxford, and in London and St. Thomas. New accounts land on an existing run, with the cadence built around the home or operation’s actual draw. Every delivery depends on access to the tank and on driver safety.

  • An after-hours line that answers

    After hours, calls go to an answering service that passes emergencies to on-call staff.

  • One invoice across products

    Diesel, gasoline, propane, lubricants, DEF and tank-side equipment land on the same monthly statement when the account is set up that way, and pre-authorized payment is available. The controller sees one supplier.

    Our second office and depot, which anchors the city and the wider catchment. 519 453 6960. The 660 Clarke depot and the London catchment came across through the Davis & McCauley transition in 2025.

  • St. Thomas depot · 111 Harper Road

    The St. Thomas depot serves the city, the corridor south of London, and the construction work around the PowerCo gigafactory site. Operational base for the southern leg of the route. 1-800-465-6347.

  • Cardlock · Guelph

    504 Imperial Road, Guelph — a Petro-Pass cardlock of our own, on the SuperPass card.

  • Cardlock · Stratford

    191 Frederick Street, Stratford — a Petro-Pass cardlock of our own, on the SuperPass card.

  • The Petro-Pass network

    The SuperPass card works at our three cardlocks and 300+ more Petro-Pass sites across Canada. At our three, the price follows your pricing agreement; at sites we don’t run, Suncor sets it.

04 / OPERATING HISTORY

Acquisitions and operational milestones.

The current shape of the company came together through a series of acquisitions and depot additions across southwestern Ontario.

  • 1960 · Founded

    Bruce Boucher founded Boucher Fuels in Waterloo, on Roger Street.

  • 1986 · Boucher & Jones

    Dave Jones joined the company; the name became Boucher & Jones Fuels.

  • 2002 · Boehmers Fuels

    Boucher & Jones acquired Boehmers Fuels, an established Waterloo Region fuel distributor.

  • 2025 · Davis & McCauley

    Boucher & Jones acquired Davis & McCauley Fuels Ltd. of London, Ontario. The acquisition extended the operating footprint into London (660 Clarke Road) and St. Thomas (111 Harper Road).
